About

We started with a question, not atechnology.

Our first question was never what should we build. It was which problem is worth solving.

The gap we saw

Across markets we kept meeting the same pattern. Operators who understood a problem in detail had no way to build. Engineering teams with real capability were handed requirements written by people three steps away from the problem. Products that launched had nobody accountable for running them. And capital arrived either too early, when there was no evidence, or too late, when momentum had already faded.

Tabweeb Inc exists to hold those four responsibilities — problem, build, operations and capital — inside a single accountable structure.

What we are, and what we are not

Saying plainly what the company is not removes the most likely misreading before it forms — and signals a level of self-awareness that a list of services never does.

  • What we are

A technology venture builder and operating platform that discovers, validates, builds, operates and scales technology products.

    What we are not

A general software agency selling development hours.

  • What we are

A company that assembles capabilities around one validated problem at a time.

    What we are not

A menu of unrelated technology services.

  • What we are

An early-stage company that publishes its stage accurately.

    What we are not

A mature holding group with an unverified portfolio.

Our principles

Each principle below includes what it costs us in practice — not a value label alone.

  1. Principle 1: Problem before product

    What it costs us

We turn down work where the solution has already been decided and only the build is missing. It is the easiest revenue to accept and the fastest way to end up building the wrong thing well.

  2. Principle 2: Evidence before scale

    What it costs us

Ventures stop at validation, and the work spent getting there does not get recovered. We treat that as the cost of the process, not as a loss.

  3. Principle 3: Capabilities work as a system

    What it costs us

We do not sell capabilities separately even when a client wants to buy them that way, because a piece of the system delivered alone rarely produces the outcome that was promised.

  4. Principle 4: Operate what we build

    What it costs us

It commits us long after the interesting part is finished. It is also the only way the learning continues past launch.

  5. Principle 5: Protect the IP, share the logic

    What it costs us

We publish less detail about our ventures than would be good for marketing, and we accept that some readers will want more than we can give.

  6. Principle 6: Build together, succeed together

    What it costs us

We structure partnerships so that incentives and responsibilities are aligned from the start, which makes the first conversation slower and every conversation afterwards easier.
